GAZA, November 8, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian woman was injured by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire on Sunday morning east of Hamad City, north of Khan Younis, as Israeli forces opened fire toward displacement tents in the eastern and southern areas of the city.
Medical sources told WAFA correspondents that the woman sustained a gunshot wound to the back after Israeli forces opened fire at Qatar Camp in Hamad City, north of Khan Younis.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces continued firing heavily toward tents sheltering displaced Palestinians in the eastern and southern parts of Khan Younis.
According to health authorites, the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli attacks since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, has risen to 1,610, while the number of injured has reached 5,819.
