RAMALLAH, July 31, 2026 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Presidency on Friday condemned the attack targeting two vessels at Egypt's Damietta Port, reaffirming the State of Palestine's full solidarity with Egypt, its leadership, government, and people.
The Presidency expressed the State of Palestine's full support for the measures taken by Egypt to safeguard its sovereignty, national security, and the safety of its citizens and vital facilities, stressing that Egypt's security and stability are fundamental to the security and stability of the region.
It also reiterated its rejection and condemnation of all attacks targeting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of states, calling for an immediate end to such attacks and respect for the principles of international law to promote regional security and stability, protect civilians, and prevent further escalation.
