JERUSALEM, July 27, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli forces stormed the Qalandia Technical Training Institute on Monday in the Qalandia refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported that Israeli troops raided the institute, fired tear gas canisters, and detained teachers, administrators, and staff inside one of the institute's halls.
It added that Israeli forces also occupied the roof of the Popular Committee building in the camp.
The occupation forces had also stormed the camp the previous night, deploying throughout several of its neighborhoods and firing stun grenades and tear gas canisters heavily in the street leading to the institute, causing fires to break out among old trees.
