RAMALLAH, March 23, 2026 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas chaired a meeting on Monday evening at the presidential headquarters in Ramallah of the preparatory committee for the eighth general conference of Fatah.
During the meeting, the President listened to reports from committees tasked with preparing for the conference, including the bylaws committee, the political program committee, the national program committee, the media committee, the logistics committee, and the membership committee.
President Abbas affirmed that the conference will be held as scheduled on May 14, 2026. He also instructed the committees to complete their work before the designated date.
