RAMALLAH, March 3, 2026 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas on Tuesday evening held a phone call with the Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.

The President conveyed his greetings through the Crown Prince to the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, wishing him continued health and well-being, and the State of Kuwait and its brotherly people lasting security and stability.

During the call, President Abbas reiterated the State of Palestine's condemnation of the Iranian attacks targeting the State of Kuwait, affirming the rejection of any aggression that infringes upon its sovereignty or threatens its security and stability.

The President expressed the full solidarity of the Palestinian people with the brotherly Kuwaiti people, declaring support for all Arab efforts aimed at protecting Arab nations and safeguarding their security against attacks that constitute a violation of international law.

He emphasized the importance of adopting dialogue as a means to address regional and international crises.

President Abbas expressed his appreciation to Kuwait for its unwavering positions in support of the Palestinian people, commending the solid brotherly relations and stressing the necessity of continued coordination and consultation to face current challenges.
