Tubas: Israeli forces install an iron gate east of Tammun

TUBAS, November 8, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces installed an iron gate today, Sunday, near the village of Atuf, east of the town of Tammun, south of Tubas.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces set up the gate near the village—a move aimed at further fragmenting the area, restricting the movement of residents, and disrupting their daily affairs.

In recent months, the occupation forces have installed several other iron gates in the region.

This comes as the occupation continues the construction of a 22-kilometer-long, 50-meter-wide military road, which stretches from the Ein Shibli checkpoint, southeast of Tubas, to the Tayasir checkpoint, east of Tubas.
