Weather: Clear conditions, drop in temperature

RAMALLAH, August 25, 2025 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Meteorological Department (MD) said that the weather on Monday will be partly cloudy to clear, with a drop in temperatures, remaining slightly above their annual average. Winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, and occasionally active. Sea waves will be light to medium.

In the evening and night hours, the weather will be partly cloudy and relatively cold in the mountainous areas and moderate in the rest of the regions. Winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly, moderate, and occasionally active. Sea waves will be medium.

Tuesday's weather will be partly cloudy to clear, with no significant change in temperatures, remaining slightly above their annual average. Winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, and occasionally active. Sea waves will be light to medium.

On Wednesday, the weather will be partly cloudy to clear, with no significant change in temperatures, remaining slightly above their annual average. Winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate in speed, sometimes active, and the sea will be light to medium in wave height.

Meanwhile on Thursday, the weather will be relatively hot to hot, with a slight rise in temperatures, reaching approximately 2 degrees Celsius above their annual average. Winds will be westerly to northwesterly, light to moderate in speed, and the sea will be light in wave height.

The PMD has warned of poor horizontal visibility due to fog formation during the night and early morning hours, the risk of prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and the risk of starting fires in areas with abundant dry grass.
