BEIRUT, February 23, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on various locations across Lebanon on Sunday, in yet a new breach of the ceasefire agreement with the country reached last November.
The Israeli air raids targeted the area between the towns of Qlaileh and Sammaaiyeh, as well as the outskirts of the village of Ansar in southern Lebanon. Additionally, airstrikes struck the valley near the town of Ma'rub in the Tyre District, and the area along the river between the towns of Hallousiyyeh and Zrariyeh in southern Lebanon.
Israeli warplanes also targeted the Brissa area in the mountainous region of Hermel in the Bekaa Valley, although no casualties were reported from the attacks.
