RAMALLAH, February 22, 2025 (WAFA) – The Organization of Islamic Cooperation condemned the storming of Tulkarm camp by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his Defense Minister Yisrael Katz.
In a statement, the organization considered the move an extension of the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.
It warned of the danger of this aggression targeting the camps in the West Bank, as part of attempts to liquidate the refugee issue, their existence and their right to return, through the demolition of homes and their forced displacement, in flagrant violation of international law and relevant UN resolutions.
The organization renewed its call on the international community to assume its responsibilities, intervene urgently to stop these ongoing Israeli violations and crimes, and hold those responsible accountable.
