Israeli forces besiege house in northern West Bank refugee camp

TUBAS, February 19, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Wednesday evening besieged a house in al-Far'a refugee camp, south of the occupied West Bank city of Tubas, according to local sources.

They said that Israeli special forces sneaked their way into the refugee camp and surrounded a house, simultaneously while sounds of explosions and gunfire could be heard from the direction of the house.

They added that additional army reinforcements were deployed in the camp, at a time when army drones hovered above the area.

Israel has been launching a massive onslaught on the refugee camp for the 18th consecutive day, conducting house-to-house raids, forcing out the families, ransacking the houses, turning them into outposts, and causing the stock of foodstuff to run out.

They deliberately ploughed through infrastructure, destroying main water pipelines, leading to a water crisis and causing a power outage in parts of the town and the camp.
