JENIN, February 8, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces blocked vehicles belonging to Palestinian citizens today and disrupted their movement in Jenin, north of the occupied West Bank.
Local sources reported that an Israeli military unit broke into the industrial area of Jenin city, obstructing the passage of citizens and blocking several vehicles. Soldiers reportedly conducted identity checks on the vehicle owners during the assault.
This incident is part of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Jenin city and refugee camp, which has now entered its 19th consecutive day. The assault has resulted in the killing of 25 Palestinians, with dozens more wounded and detained.
In addition to this, Israeli forces have deployed further military reinforcements to Jenin city and its refugee camp vicinity, while reconnaissance drones continue to fly intensively at low altitudes over the area.
