RAMALLAH, February, 6 2024 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation army admitted the conviction of one of its soldiers for committing brutal acts of abuse and torture against Palestinian detainees while serving as a guard at the Sedya Teiman military base.
Despite this, an Israeli court issued a lenient sentence against the soldier, imprisoning him for a period not exceeding seven months.
Palestinian detainees inside Israeli detention are subjected to inhumane practices in a manner that contradicts all international norms and conventions.
