Palestinian boy critically injured by Israeli forces’ explosive bullets near Hebron

HEBRON, February 3, 2025 (WAFA) – A Fifteen-year-old boy from the town of Sa'ir, north of Hebron, was critically injured today by two explosive bullets fired by Israeli occupation forces stationed at the village entrance, according to security and medical sources.

Sources reported that the Palestine Red Crescent Society’s crews transferred the teenager, identified as a member of the Faroukh family, to Hebron Governmental Hospital after being targeted by Israeli soldiers’ explosive bullets.

The teenager sustained one bullet wound to his thigh and another to his upper pelvis. Medical personnel described his condition as stable but indicated that urgent surgery was required.

The teenager was shot at close range while present near his family’s residence, which is located adjacent to a military tower at the entrance to the village. Israeli forces initially attempted to detain him before eventually handing him over to Red Crescent paramedics.
