GAZA, Saturday, July 27, 2024 (WAFA) - Early this morning, several civilians were injured as Israeli occupation forces conducted airstrikes and opened fire on Khan Younis and the Nuseirat refugee camp in the Gaza Strip.
WAFA correspondents reported that Israeli helicopters targeted a house west of the Nuseirat refugee camp, resulting in injuries to multiple individuals.
Additionally, Israeli gunfire directed at the Qizan Najjar neighborhood south of Khan Younis also left several others wounded.
Israel has been waging a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting so far in the killing of 39,175 individuals, the majority of whom are women and children. Additionally, 90,403 people have been injured, according to preliminary figures.
Thousands remain trapped under debris and in the streets, with rescue and medical teams unable to reach many of the victims.
