GAZA, Saturday, July 20, 2024 (WAFA) – This afternoon, two civilians were killed and four children injured as a result of Israeli airstrikes on the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, and Bureij refugee camp in the central region.
According to our correspondent, an Israeli drone targeted the Areba area north of Rafah, leading to the killing of two civilians and injuries to others.
Meantime, eyewitnesses reported that four children sustained various injuries after they were targeted by a drone while on the rooftop of their home in Bureij refugee camp, located in central Gaza Strip.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7, 2023, has so far resulted in 38,919 documented Palestinian fatalities, mostly women and children, in addition to 89,622 injuries. Thousands of victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
