Arab ministerial committee on Jerusalem to hold an emergency meeting on Thursday

AMMAN, Monday, April 18, 2022 (WAFA) - An Arab Ministerial Committee on Jerusalem announced today it will hold an emergency meeting on Thursday in the Jordanian capital Amman to discuss the dangerous Israeli escalation in Al-Aqsa Mosque of Jerusalem and ways to confront it.

 The Arab Ministerial in charge of international action to confront illegal Israeli policies and procedures in the occupied city of Jerusalem said the Arab League chief will attend the meeting.

 The committee, chaired by Jordan, includes Tunisia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Qatar, Egypt and Morocco.

The United Arab Emirates, the Arab member state of the UN Security Council, will also participate in the committee's meeting in Amman.
