RAMALLAH, October 28, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli forces began bulldozing agricultural land on Wednesday in the northeastern part of the lands of the village of Tura, adjacent to the separation wall, southwest of Jenin.
Tura village council head Moayyad Ahmad Sadeq Qabha told WAFA that an Israeli bulldozer had entered the area and begun clearing agricultural land belonging to Khader Fares Qabha, Faisal Abadi, Ayman Abadi and Mansour Abadi.
He said the targeted land contains mature olive trees and agricultural plots. He added that the relevant authorities and the Palestinian liaison office had been contacted to follow up on the situation, but the reasons for the bulldozing remained unclear. Residents had not received any prior notices that their land would be targeted.
The incident comes amid continued Israeli attacks on agricultural land across the Jenin governorate, damaging residents’ property and threatening their livelihoods.
