RAMALLAH, February 21, 2012 (WAFA) - Hamas leaders will be meeting in Cairo on Tuesday to discuss differences over the Doha agreement, which said President Mahmoud Abbas would head the national unity government, Hamas official Ghazi Hamad said.
He told Voice of Palestine radio that coming out with a unified position within the movement requires resolving the issue of government entirely, which will push forward the reconciliation effort in terms of facilitating the work of various committees, including the elections commission.
The meeting will be attended by Hamas political bureau members, including Hamas leaders Khaled Meshaal and Ismail Haniyeh.
