JERUSALEM, February 20, 2012 (WAFA) – Extremist Israelis vandalized late Sunday night a church in West Jerusalem in a suspected “price tag” attack, according to official sources.
They said the vandals wrote anti-Christianity slogans on the walls of Baptist Church and punctured tires of three church cars.
Attacks by extremist Jews against Christian and Muslim holy sites in Jerusalem and across the West Bank escalated dramatically over the past few months.
A report by the Cingranelli-Richards (CIRI) Human Rights Data Project published in December gave Israel a zero on the annual freedom of religion index.
