RAMALLAH, February 8, 2010 (WAFA)-  The Palestine News Agency (WAFA)  and the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) signed Monday a cooperation agreement in presence of  the President’s Advisor Nimer Hammad. The Deputy Foreign Minister Dr. Said Abu Amara and the Bulgarian Representative to the PNA.

The Agreement which was signed by WAFA Chairman of Board Riyad Al Hassan and BTA Director General Maxim Minchev reads: Based on the amicable relations between Bulgaria and Palestine, and on the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) and Palestine News Agency (WAFA)’s will to reinforce bilateral relation, to serve the best interest of both parties, and contribute to the development of their performance, they decided to issue this agreement.

The agreement includes items on: News exchange, support of correspondents, experience exchange, training and cooperation.
