RAMALLAH, January 23, 2008, (WAFA)- Spokesman of the presidency Nabil Abu Rdeinh said Wednesday that setting settlement schemes is only to avoid any serious negotiations, thus destroying everything resulted from international summit of Annapolis.

Abu Rdeinh's statements came after the decision of Jerusalem municipality to build around 7300 housing units in five neighborhoods in Jerusalem.

"US has to held its responsibility in this regard. If Israeli premier Ehud Olmert and his government are serious about peace process, they have to halt all settlement activities", he added.
