Palestinian-Israeli Security Meeting in Ramallah for Future Coordination

RAMALLAH, January 9, 2008, (WAFA)- Premier Salam Fayyad strongly expressed early Tuesday his anger to Israeli defence minister Ehud Barak for the latest military assault committed by Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) AGAINST Nablus city of the West Bank, security sources said.

They added that Mr. Fayyad denounced the Israeli incursions in the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) mostly in Nablus, demanding such a policy to stop.

"What Israel has been doing in Nablus is completely unjustified, yet can not be named but an attempt just to remix things and avoid all political requirements awaited from Israel under fragile security pretexts", Fayyad added.

On its part, Israeli newspaper "Yediot Ahronot" said that head of Israeli forces and head of the civil administration met Monday with the Palestinian heads of the security apparatuses in Ramallah city of the West Bank. They tackled the security mutual coordination between the two sides.
