Health of coronavirus case in Bethlehem stable following deterioration

 

RAMALLAH, Thursday, March 10, 2020 (WAFA) – The health of a coronavirus case in Bethlehem has stabilized following deterioration, government spokesman Ibrahim Melhem said today.

He said medical reports from doctors looking after the case and who was admitted to the National Rehabilitation Center in Bethlehem for treatment has improved and is now reported in stable condition.

This was the first case in the 26 reported cases in Palestine where an infected person has suffered a downtrend in his health. The rest reportedly remain in good health.

Melhem also said that no new cases were reported so far in the Palestinian territories,which currently stand at 25 in Bethlehem and one in Tulkarm, despite the fact that dozens of cases are currently being tested while the majority turn out negative.
