RAMALLAH, Thursday, October 31, 2019 (WAFA) – The overall Producer Price Index (PPI) for Palestine reached 99.30 in September 2019, as it increased by 0.45% compared to August 2019, today said the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS).
It said PPI for local exported products reached 99.50 in September 2019, which indicates an increase of 0.65% compared to the previous month, while PPI for locally consumed products reached 99.26 in September 2019, which indicates an increase of 0.43% compared to August 2019.
The changes of PPI for September 2019 were traced back to changes in prices of the following major activities compared to the previous month:
