GAZA, Friday, April 26, 2019 (WAFA) – At least 60 Palestinians were injured by live bullets today when Israeli forces attacked hundreds of protesters taking part in the Great March of Return at Gaza-Israel border, according to medical sources.
The forces fired live bullets and rubber-coated steel rounds at the protesters who gathered at many encampments along the border, injuring 60 protesters by live bullets, including 15 minors, a paramedic and a journalist.
Some of the wounded were moved to hospital and others were treated in the field hospitals.
More than 240 Palestinians have been killed and over 23,000 others injured by Israeli forces since the outbreak of the Great March of Return protests at Gaza border on March 30, 2018.
