RAMALLAH, October 2, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Friday evening shot and killed a Palestinian in Kobar, north of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, according to the Health Ministry.
It announced Bahaa Sami Amin Nathsheh, a 19-year-old from Kafr Aqab town near Jerusalem, succumbed to his critical wounds sustained after Israeli colonists opened fire at him in Kobar.
Israeli colonists squatting on the lands of Kobar opened fire at several Palestinians, wounding one.
Israeli occupation forces subsequently arrived at the scene and prevented Palestinian medics from providing treatment to the casualty, as confirmed by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
The gun-toting soldiers stormed the town and unleashed barrages of tear gas canisters, hitting an inhabitant in the head.
The casualty was rushed to a nearby clinic in light condition.
