UPDATE: Israeli navy shoots, injures 25 Palestinian protesters north of Gaza shore

 

GAZA, Monday, November 19, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli navy opened fire at Palestinian  boats while sailing in the northern Gaza shore, offshore the city of Beit Lahiya, shooting and injuring at least 25 people, including a camera man of the Associated Press (AP) news agency, said sources.

Israeli naval boats opened fire at a number of boats carrying Palestinians while sailing in northern Gaza shore as part of the Great March of Return protests, shooting and injuring at least 25 people with live ammunition.

A cameraman working for Associated Press (AP) was also shot in the foot by live ammunition while covering the nonviolent protest.

The naval forces further used tear gas canisters against the boats, causing a number of suffocation cases among Palestinians on board.
