GAZA, September 10, 2026 (WAFA) — Four Palestinians were killed and several others injured this evening in Israeli strikes in northern and southern Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Medical sources at Nasser Medical Complex said the body of one Palestinian and several injured people were brought to the hospital after an Israeli drone struck a vehicle north of Khan Younis.

The sources added that an Israeli drone targeted a group of Palestinians in the al-Qubba area of Mawasi Khan Younis, killing three Palestinians and injuring five others.

Medical sources also reported that another Palestinian succumbed to wounds sustained earlier today in an Israeli strike on Mawasi al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis.

According to local health authorities, the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression since October 2023 had reached 73,670 Palestinians, with 174,660 others injured. Since the October 2025 ceasefire, health authorities have recorded over 1,360 Palestinian fatalities and 4,541 injuries.
