BETHLEHEM, Tuesday, April 02, 2019 (WAFA) – Israel demolished today a three-story Palestinian-owned building in the Bethlehem-area village of Bir Oneh, under the pretext it was built without a permit, according to Hasan Breijieh, from the anti-wall, anti-settlement committee in Bethlehem.

He told WAFA that an Israeli force raided the area as a bulldozer proceeded to demolish the building owned by Basima Issa, a lawyer.

He said that Israel has recently intensified demolition of Palestinian homes in Bir Oneh, a sparsely-populated West Bank area most of which has been annexed to nearby Jerusalem.
