BETHLEHEM, July 11, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of Israeli colonists attacked Palestinian vehicles late Thursday night in the village of Tuqu’, located southeast of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank.
Palestinian security sources told WAFA that the colonists threw stones at Palestinian cars near the western roundabout of the village, causing damage to several vehicles. No injuries were reported.
Human rights organizations, including B'Tselem and Human Rights Watch, have documented a sharp rise in colonist violence in recent years, particularly in areas near illegal settlements. The violence has led to increased displacement of Palestinian families, damage to infrastructure, and growing fears among rural communities.
