BETHLEHEM, July 10, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian youth sustained injuries and bruises on Thursday after being assaulted by Israeli colonists from the illegal Gush Etzion settlement, built on Palestinian land south of Bethlehem.
Palestinian security sources told WAFA that a group of colonists attacked a laborer from the town of Sa’ir, north of Hebron, while he was working in the area. The colonists beat him severely, causing multiple bruises and wounds.
The injured man was transferred to a hospital in Bethlehem for medical treatment. His condition was reported as stable.
Attacks by Israeli colonists on Palestinian civilians and workers in the occupied West Bank have been on the rise, often occurring under the protection of Israeli forces.
