RAMALLAH, Tuesday, June 9, 2020 (WAFA) – The Israeli army detained today at least 22 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS).
It said seven Palestinians were detained from the Hebron area in the south of the West Bank, including three brothers from the Ajouli family in the city itself, three from Arroub refugee camp and one from Fowwar refugee camp.
In nearby Bethlehem district, the Israeli army detained four high school students ranging in age between 17 and 19 years from the town of Nahalin.
In the Nablus district in the north of the West Bank, the army detained seven Palestinians from various areas.
One Palestinian was also detained from the village of Bardalla in the northern Jordan Valley.
Israeli forces also detained three Palestinians from Issawiyeh neighborhood in occupied East Jerusalem.
