GAZA, August 4, 2018 (WAFA) – A Palestinian teen Saturday died of wounds he sustained from Israeli army gunfire during Gaza border protests the day before, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
It said that Moath Ziad al-Sory, 15, from al-Nusseirat in the central Gaza Strip, was injured after he was shot in the stomach during protests to the east of al-Bureij. He was moved to a city hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Another Palestinian, a 25-year-old man, was killed during the Friday protests and 220 others were injured, 90 of them by gunfire, according to the Ministry of Health, which brings the total killed since the start of the March of Return protests at the end of March to 157 and over 17,000 injured.
