HEBRON, July 14, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces demolished on Tuesday a Palestinian house in the village of Deirat, east of Yatta.
Media activist Osama Makhamra said Israeli forces razed the 230-square-meter home of Osama Issa Masaaf, which housed two families totaling 12 people. Troops also demolished a water cistern with a capacity of 200 cubic meters.
He added that Israeli forces assaulted residents, causing several to suffer from tear gas inhalation.
The Masafer Yatta area has recently been subjected to a continuous demolition campaign targeting dozens of homes, tents, water wells, and other structures, all aimed at displacing residents and facilitating colonist control over the land.
