RAMALLAH, Monday, July 22, 2019 (WAFA) - Presidential spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh said the Palestinian leadership will hold a series of important meetings in the next couple of days in response to the continued Israeli violations in the Palestinian territories, including  demolitions carried out by the occupying Power, Israel, in Wad al-Hummus area in the town of Sur Bahir, Occupied Jerusalem, and.

Abu Rudeina told WAFA that the leadership will make crucial decisions regarding the relationship with Israel and the agreements signed with it.

He said that President Mahmoud Abbas has repeatedly warned that the Palestinian side cannot continue to abide by the agreements signed with Israel if it insists on not committing to them, stressing the need for everyone to shoulder their responsibilities, including Israel as an occupying power.

Israeli authorities started early today demolition of 10 Palestinian buildings, containing some 70 apartments, in Wadi al Hummus.

The majority of the buildings are located in Area A and B of the West Bank where, according to the Oslo Accords, all civil issues are under the jurisdiction of the Palestinian Authority.
