RAMALLAH, Friday, April 12, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather on Friday is mostly clear, sunny and pleasant with a significant rise of temperature which becomes slightly above the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northwesterly to northeasterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 14°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 21°C and a low of 13°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 18°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 16°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Saturday’s temperature is set to significantly rise and approach 5°C above the seasonal average with mostly clear and mild conditions in mountainous districts and warm conditions in the Jordan Valley.

PMD expects Sunday’s weather to be partially cloudy and pleasant in the morning hours. Temperature is expected to gradually plummet in the afternoon and evening hours, paving the way to relatively cold and breezy conditions.

Monday’s temperature is set to further drop with partially cloudy, dusty and slightly cold conditions in mountainous districts and relatively warm conditions in other districts. Few showers are expected to develop later in the evening and night hours.
