TULKARM, July 23, 2018 (WAFA) – A number of Palestinians Monday suffered from suffocation due to inhaling tear gas fired by Israeli forces after they raided the city of Tulkarm in the north of the West Bank, according to witnesses.
They told WAFA that Israeli soldiers raided the city about 3:00 a.m. before clashes erupted with Palestinian youths in Jamal Abdel Nasser Square. The soldiers fired tear gas and stun grenade at the youths causing several suffocation cases.
The soldiers also raided and ransacked Beit al-Maqdes money changing shop in the city center.
There were no reports of anyone detained.
