Weather forecast: hot conditions

 

RAMALLAH, June 10, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Sunday is clear and relatively hot with no change in temperature, remaining three degrees Celsius above the annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is westerly to northwesterly, light to moderate and active at times. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem, the central West Bank and the Gaza Strip is expected to be between 28 degrees Celsius and 30 degrees during the day on Sunday and drops at night to the low 20s. In the Jordan Valley, a high is expected between the mid to the upper 30s and a low in the mid to upper 20s.

Partially cloudy to clear and mild conditions are expected to prevail on Monday with a drop in temperature becoming around its annual average.

Weather on Tuesday continues to be partially cloudy, mild and moderate in some areas and dusty in others. Temperature is expected to drop further approaching two degrees Celsius below its annual average.

Similar weather conditions are likely for Wednesday, with no significant change in temperature expected.
