RAMALLAH, June 6, 2018 (WAFA) – A Palestinian youth was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers on Wednesday during clashes that erupted in the village of Nabi Saleh, to the northwest of the city of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, according to the Ministry of Health and local sources.
Bilal Tamimi, anti-settlement and anti-wall activist, told WAFA that Israeli soldiers opened fire at the youth, who was not immediately identified, seriously injuring him.
He added that the soldiers prevented Palestinian medical teams from getting to the youth to help him before he was taken away by the army.
The Ministry of Health said the Israeli army later informed the Palestinian side that the youth has died.
