RAMALLAH, June 2, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Saturday is partially cloudy and mild in most areas in daytime and relatively cold in nighttime, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Temperatures are set to slightly rise and approach 3°C lower than the seasonal average. Wind is northwesterly to southwesterly, light to moderate, active at times. Sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in Jerusalem is set to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 16°C and in Ramallah a high of 23°C and a low of 15°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 34°C and a low of 23°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza.
PMD predicts weather on Sunday to remain the same, but temperatures are expected to slightly rise and approach 2°C lower than the seasonal average. A slight chance of scattered rain showers is expected on some areas.
Monday’s weather remains the same accompanied with yet another slight rise in temperatures which become a bit lower than the seasonal average. There is a chance of scattered rain showers and occasional thunderstorms developing in the afternoon on some areas.
Weather on Tuesday is partially cloudy to clear, mild in mountainous areas and relatively hot in other areas in daytime. It becomes slightly cold in nighttime as temperatures are set to rise and approach the seasonal average.
