GAZA, May 27, 2018 (WAFA) – At least three Palestinians Sunday were shot and injured by Israeli forces’ live ammunition after allegedly approaching the barbed-wire fence that separates between Gaza and Israel, said sources.

Israeli forces stationed in military watchtowers along the border fence opened fire at a group of Palestinians after they allegedly approached the fence, shooting and injuring three people.

The injured were transferred to hospital for medical treatment where their conditions were described as moderate.

Earlier Sunday, a Palestinian who was critically injured during a predawn Israeli strike on several locations to the south of the Gaza Strip died of his serious wounds, bringing the total number of Palestinians who were killed by Israeli army today to three.
