RAMALLAH, May 17, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli armed forces and police Wednesday detained 14 Palestinians from the West Bank and East Jerusalem, according to local sources.
The Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said Israeli soldiers detained three from Bethlehem, including two released prisoners.
Israeli soldiers also detained two from Nablus and one from Qabatiya town in Jenin after he was summoned for interrogation at the military base in Salem.
PPS said Israeli forces detained two from Salfit, one from Tulkarm and a 17-year-old from Deir Qidis in Ramallah.
Meanwhile, Israeli police detained four from Silwan, an East Jerusalem neighborhood.
According to the Wadi Hilweh Information Center, Israeli police raided the town at dawn and detained three youth after breaking into their homes.
The center said Israeli police detained an 18-year-old youth from Silwan who was summoned for interrogation at the Russian Compound police station, in West Jerusalem.
