RAMALLAH, May 10, 2018 (WAFA) - Weather on Thursday is partially cloudy, relatively hot and dusty in daytime and mild at nighttime, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Temperature is set to significantly rise and approach five degrees Celsius (°C) above the seasonal average with a chance of sporadic light rain at nighttime. Wind is southwesterly to southeasterly, moderate to active. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem on Thursday is set to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 20°C and in Ramallah a high of 29°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 36°C and a low of 22°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 32°C and a low of 22°C in Gaza.
Friday’s weather is partially cloudy and pleasant in daytime, breezy in the afternoon and relatively cold at nighttime. Temperature is set to significantly drop and approach the seasonal average, paving the way to increasing cloudiness and scattered showers later at night.
Weather on Saturday is partially cloudy and relatively cold in mountainous areas and mild in other areas. Temperature is set to drop becoming four degrees lower than the seasonal average. A chance of scattered rain showers with occasional thunderstorms is expected on most areas in the morning.
Considerably cloudy and relatively cold conditions are expected for Sunday in mountainous areas and mild conditions for other areas. Sporadic rain showers with occasional thunderstorms are expected on most areas.
