GAZA, March 29, 2018 (WAFA) – A Palestinian young man was shot and injured by Israeli forces near the border fence between the Gaza Strip and Israel, according to witnesses.
Israeli soldiers, stationed at borderline watchtowers, opened fire at the young man and injured him. He was moved to nearby Shifa hospital for medical treatment.
The Israeli army regularly opens fire on unarmed Palestinian civilians, including shepherds and farmers, if they approach the buffer zone on Gaza-Israel border, as the occupation authorities have not made clear the precise area of the designated zone.
