Israeli forces open fire on Palestinians homes along Gaza southern borders

GAZA, December 11, 2017 (WAFA) – Israeli army Monday opened fire toward Palestinian homes located along the borderline area to the east of al-Farahin area, east of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, said sources.

No injuries were reported.

Demonstrations continued to rock the occupied Palestinian territories for the fourth consecutive day over US President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

Two Palestinians were killed early Saturday in Israeli strikes at locations south of Gaza City, said the Ministry of Health.

Israel claims the strikes came in response to the Friday firing of rockets from Gaza at southern Israel, which did not cause any harm or damage.

Two other Gazans were killed on Friday when Israeli soldiers stationed at the Gaza border opened fire at Palestinians protesting a US decision declaring Jerusalem as capital of Israel. The two were identified as Muhammad Masri, 30, and Maher Attallah, 54, who died late at night of wounds sustained earlier.
