RAMALLAH, February 22, 2017 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Bar Association denounced Wednesday an Israeli army raid on a lawyer’s office in Hebron, wreaking havoc and destroying its contents.

Soldiers raided early Wednesday the office of attorney Ahmad al-Horoub, searched it and destroyed its contents.

The Bar Association condemned the Israeli raid, which it considered a flagrant violation of human rights.

It called on international humanitarian organizations and the International Association of Lawyers to promptly intervene to stop the targeting of lawyers by Israeli forces and the policy of repression carried out against the Palestinian people.

Head of the Palestinian lawyers , Hussein Shabaneh, maintained that these “barbaric acts” by Israeli forces will not stop lawyers from exposing the occupation’s practices.
