RAMALLAH, October 7,
2015 (WAFA) – Weather on Wednesday is rainy and relatively cold as a low
pressure affects the region, according to the Palestinian Meteorological
Department.
Temperatures are
expected to drop, approaching 4-5 degrees Celsius below annual average.
Winds are
northwesterly to southwesterly and moderate to active. Sea waves are medium.
A slight rise in
temperatures is expected on Thursday, yet remaining below the seasonal average
by around 2 degrees Celsius. Possible rain showers are also expected to fall
over some areas.
Temperatures continue
to rise on Friday, yet remaining slightly below the seasonal average, with a
weak chance of possible rainfall.
A further rise in
temperatures is anticipated for Saturday, to become around the annual average.
Temperatures
significantly rise on Sunday, approaching about 2 degrees Celsius above annual
average.
The weather
department warned against possible flooding in low areas on Wednesday.
