RAMALLAH, October 6, 2015 (WAFA) – Weather on Tuesday is partially cloudy with a drop in temperatures, to become below the seasonal average by almost 2 degrees Celsius. A chance of scattered rain showers are also expected during the night hours, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department.

Winds are northwesterly to southwesterly and moderate to active. Sea waves are medium.

The weather department said a low front is expected to hit the region on Wednesday, with an anticipated further drop in temperature, becoming  4 to 5 degrees below the seasonal average, with possible rain showers accompanied by occasional thunderstorms.

A slight rise in temperature is expected on Thursday, yet remaining below the seasonal average by around 2 degrees Celsius. Possible rain showers are also expected to fall over some areas.

Temperature continues to rise on Friday, yet remaining slightly below the seasonal average, with a weak chance of possible rainfall.

A further rise in temperature is anticipated for Saturday, to become around its annual average.

The weather department warned against possible flooding in low areas on Wednesday.
