RAMALLAH, November 19, 2014 – (WAFA) – The attack carried out by two Palestinians against a West Jerusalem synagogue hit the front page headlines of Palestinian dailies.

Here are the most important front page headlines of the dailies.

Al-Quds

-          Four rabbis and an Israeli police officer were killed; eight Israelis are injured as a result of the West Jerusalem synagogue attack.

-          The two attackers [West Jerusalem synagogue attack] were shot dead, 10 members of their family are arrested from Jabal al-Mukaber neighborhood [following the incident].

-          Israeli police lifts the state of alert, deploys heavily in Jerusalem.

-          Israeli cabinet passes six decisions targeting Palestinians in Jerusalem.

-          President Mahmoud Abbas: We don’t accept attacks against civilians and religious sites, our noble religion (Islam) bans us from targeting houses of worship belonging to all faiths.
