BETHLEHEM, August 23, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli colonists uprooted olive trees and grapevines from Palestinian-owned land in the village of Al-Maniya, east of Bethlehem, on Sunday.
Head of the Al-Maniya village council Ahmad Kawazbeh told WAFA that the colonists uprooted olive and grape trees belonging to the Shalaldeh family.
The attack is part of repeated colonist assaults targeting Al-Maniya and other areas east of Bethlehem, including farmland, property and crops, amid an ongoing escalation in attacks against agricultural land across the governorate.
